At Von Dutch, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your iconic street style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure box and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
